CEO / CRO / CFO Appointments

The Restaurant Management group will provide strict leadership and guidance to the executive and departmental staff.  Upon completing initial assessments, our CEO/CRO will define (or redefine) corporate responsibilities, reductions in force and personnel replacements as needed.  Alternative outsourcing solutions and improvements will be determined.  During this process our team will assist in the development of a turnaround plan and (if requested) associated exit strategy.  Finally, a Mission Statement and Vision Statement will be created to implement such plan.
